AGM & Members Meeting 2021

The Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting for 2021 will be held on Saturday 17th April at 2PM. Considering the current pandemic, and in line with guidance from the Club, we will be holding this online via a Zoom meeting.

Registration

If you want to attend the AGM then please send an email confirming your attendance to our current Chair, Sarah Perry, at chair@wessexfdsg.org. Once we have received this we will send you a link to enable you to join the online meeting.

Those who wish to send their apologies should also do so by email to Sarah at chair@wessexfdsg.org.

We would ask you to ‘arrive’ on Zoom from 1:45PM to give us time to admit everyone in advance and start the meeting on time at 2PM. Please have your membership number ready when you join the Zoom session so we can sign you in and admit you to the meeting.

Members Meeting

After the formal business of the AGM has been completed we will host a Members Meeting (continuing on the same Zoom session) where you can ask questions and have a discussion.

During this session, if you wish to speak then please raise your hand and you will be invited in turn to speak; this way we can manage the conversation so we can all be heard during the online meeting.

Committee

This year all committee posts are due for re-election. All posts need to be filled, especially the Sites Officer, without which we will have nowhere to camp.


As the AGM will be a virtual meeting, we unfortunately cannot offer you a cup of tea and biscuits as we normally do, so we ask you all to please ‘bring your own’.

We look forward to seeing you online on the 17th April, and cannot wait until we can again share a pot of tea together on the camping field – hopefully in the not too distant future.
