Milborne St Andrew is situated on the beautiful Dorset Downs. We will be camping at the village Sports Club, which is a level site with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

The site opens at 2pm on Friday and closes on Monday. The stewards for this meet are Mike & Jan, who can be contacted by the Wessex mobile phone on 07340 248 577.

Camping fees for this meet are £10 per night for couples and £9 per night for singles. Payment by bank transfer is preferred for this meet, but if this is not possible then please bring the correct money for your stay.

Saturday evening

We will gather in the pavilion on site at 7.30pm for an informal evening of song, poetry and music. Please bring your own refreshments.

    • From Blandford Forum, take A354 west for 8 miles.
    • Entering Milborne St Andrew turn left signed ‘Bere Regis’ onto Lane End
    • The site is 130 metres on the left.
  • From the West
    • From Dorchester take A35 east
    • After about 5 miles take the slip road to the A354
    • Follow the A354 for about 3½ miles
    • Drive through the village of Milborne St Andrew
    • After you leave the village turn right signed ‘Bere Regis’ onto Lane End
    • The site is 130 metres on the left.

There is a small Londis convenience store in the village ½ mile from the site.

Eating Out

The Royal Oak in Milborne St Andrew is ½ mile from the site and serves good food & beer.

The local ‘Ooh, Nice Baps!!!’ food van is a short distance from the site and does excellent bacon rolls.

There are several other pubs in the area offering food, including the Oak at Dewlish.
