Milborne St Andrew is situated on the beautiful Dorset Downs, and we will be camping at the village Sports Club.

The site opens at 2pm on Friday. The stewards for this meet are Ann and Eileen, who can be contacted by the Wessex mobile phone on 07939 592 200.

What’s on

Ceilidh

Our usual ceilidh will be held on Saturday evening in the hall on site.

It starts at 7.30pm, and is an informal folk dance evening, interspersed with song, poetry or music. You can bring your own refreshments, although tea and coffee is provided in the interval.


In the area

Coombe Bissett Down

This is a nature reserve in a chalk downland valley close to the site, and well worth a visit

    • From Blandford Forum, take A354 west for 8 miles.
    • Entering Milborne St Andrew turn left signed ‘Bere Regis’ onto Lane End
    • The site is 130 metres on the left.
  • From the West
    • From Dorchester take A35 east
    • After about 5 miles take the slip road to the A354
    • Follow the A354 for about 3½ miles
    • Drive through the village of Milborne St Andrew
    • After you leave the village turn right signed ‘Bere Regis’ onto Lane End
    • The site is 130 metres on the left.
