Pennings Farm is a peaceful, rural hideaway site with wonderful views, on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border within a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
Excellent for walking and cycling with many footpaths from the site, and close to Coombe Bissett nature reserve.
We don’t yet have anyone in place to steward this meet. If you are thinking of going to this meet and can help, then please let us know as soon as possible.
If we do not have a steward organised by 1st July then we will have to cancel this meet.
The site opens at 2pm on Friday and closes on Monday. The stewards for this meet are Rosemary & Dave, assisted by Sarah & Nick. They can be contacted by the Wessex mobile phone on 07340 248 577.

If you are intending to come to this meet then please let us know in advance by sending an email to info@wessexfdsg.org, or by phone on 07340 248 577.
Camping fees for this meet are £10 per night for couples and £9 per night for singles. Payment by bank transfer is preferred, but if this is not possible then please bring the correct money for your stay in a sealed envelope. For bank details please send us an email or contact the stewards.
What’s on
We haven’t organised any formal social activities for this meet, however we will be able to get together informally on the field to chat and make music.
Note that activities at our meets this year may be changed or cancelled depending on restrictions in place for social gatherings at the time. Latest information is always available here on our website.
Ceilidh
We hope to be able to hold a ceilidh on Saturday evening in Coombe Bissett and Homington Village Hall, which is about 1½ miles from the site.
It starts at 7.30pm, and is an informal folk dance evening, interspersed with song, poetry or music. You can bring your own refreshments, although tea and coffee is provided in the interval.
