Harvest Supper Weekend
We camp on the large field next toTangley Parish Hall(which is actually in Wildhern).
This is a quiet site in the rural countryside about four miles north of Andover, and is a good base for exploring the surrounding area by car, by bike or on foot.
The site opens at 2pm on Friday, and closes on Sunday. The stewards for this meet can be contacted by email at info@wessexfdsg.org before the meet.
Friday
Hall from 7pm for Music, sing-a-round and sausage sizzle- please bring along some of your favorite sausages already cooked and cut into bit size pieces to share
Saturday
Hall from 2:30pm Saturday afternoon for get together including craft and music.
Harvest supper at 5:30pm - menu - Jacket potatoes choice of toppings chilly/cheese/beans/tuna mayo cost approx £5 per head - pay on the night (please book by email info@wessexfdsg.org before the meet). Followed by a Ceilidh starting at 7.30pm in the hall, an informal evening of folk dance interspersed with song, poetry or music. Please bring your own refreshments, although tea and coffee is provided in the interval
